David Ralph Nienhaus, 63, of Herington, KS, departed this life on Monday, July 13th, 2015, at the Medicalodges of Herington. He was born on March 11th, 1952, at Green Bay, Wisconsin. He was the son of Ralph A. and Ione A. (Hudson) Nienhaus.
Mr. Nienhaus worked on Post. He did housing construction as a plumber. He lived in Wakefield for thirty-two years. He left Wisconsin when he went into U. S. Army and he served from 1969-1973. He was a Vietnam Veteran. He graduated from high school in 1970 at Green Bay, WI.
He is survived by his companion Mary Yanez of Herington, his parents Ralph and Ione Nienhaus of Wisconsin, his children Christopher Nienhaus (wife-Tina) of Ft. Knox, KY, Laura Nienhaus of Manhattan, Justin Nienhaus (wife-Jennifer) of Junction City, step-children Lee Urban (wife-Christina) of Yukon, OK, John Urban of Abilene, Dean Urban (wife-Stacia) of Herington, a brother Glen Nienhaus and a sister Bonnie Prokopovitz of Wisconsin, and eight Grandchildren.
