OBITUARY for – Howard Bradley Williford, 57
H. “Brad” Williford, 57, of Herington, Conductor for the Union Pacific Railroad, died Thursday morning, October 23rd, 2014, at his home. He was born on October 4th, 1957, at Sterling, Kansas, the son of Howard O. and Janice A. (Proffitt) Williford.
A Memorial Service is being planned for 7:00PM, Thursday, October 30th, 2014, at the Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home, Herington Chapel.
Mr. Williford was a past member of the Alden Methodist Church. He enjoyed the outdoors fishing & hunting. He was born and raised in Sterling, and graduated from Sterling High School with the class of 1975.
He is survived by his wife Kerry McLay of the home, his son Adam Williford of Westcliffe, Colorado, his step-son Brian Williams of Roeland Park, KS, and his grandsons (Elijah & Crosby). He is also survived by his parents Howard & Janice Williford of Shell Knob, Missouri, his sister Barbara Sikonski of Nixa, Missouri, and his brother H. Blakely Williford of Selleck, Washington.
